- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Cut steak into very thin strips and add to marinade for 15 min - 1 hour.

- Add your cornstarch to a wide bowl for easy dipping. Heat enough oil in a deep pan or wok too deep fry to a medium to hot heat.
