  1. Greas idli plate and pour the idli batter.
  2. Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes. After it is cooled down cut it into small pieces.
  3. Cut onion,green chillies, tomatoes and capsicum.
  4. In a pan add little oil saute the Idlis for a few minutes.
  5. In a pan add oil when it is hot add oil when it is hot add green chillies, onion. Saute for a few minutes till it becomes soft.
  6. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Saute till the tomatoes becomes mushy.
  7. Then add the capsicum pieces,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce. Saute on a low flame till the capsicum is cooked.
  8. Add the fried idlis,mix it well without breaking it. Finally garnish with Coarinder leaves.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
