  5. Allow the gravy to boil a few times add in tamarind and sugar.
  6. Add in the yellow fried onion, cherry tomato  cook  a few minutes.
  7. Add  anchovies until mix well. Check for salt.(use less salt)
  8. Dish out and ready to be served with Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)
  9. Tips : in this paste you can replace anchovies with fried egg,fried tofu, fried fish,cockerel meat,squid and chicken.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
