  2. Add in the coconut milk together with the tamarind juice and leave to boil for 5 minutes. Add in the sliced turmeric leaves, salt and chicken pieces. Simmer for further 20 minutes or till chicken are fully cooked.
  3. Now add in the onion rounds, stir to mix and turn the heat off.
  4. Garnish with crispy shallots just before serving.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
