  3. Add chilli and curry leaves. Do a quick stir and add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell disappear.
  4. Add chilli paste. Cook until oil separate. Add water and sardine sauce. Mix well, cook for 3 mins.
  5. Add sardine pieces and salt. Cook further until oil breaks. Adjust consistency according to your preference (if you want the sambal to be thick cook further for 2 mins)
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
