- Cook egg noodle in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drained and add into the bowl and mix evenly.
- Sprinkle fried shallots over noodle.
- Ready to serve with any extra ingredients you like to top up, for example, hard boiled eggs, vegetables, etc.

So here is my version of the Mee Goreng. It was pretty similar to my previous Mee Goreng Mamak. I used the sambal that I made earlier to fry this. Cook for another minute, toss to mix well. Season with the salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately with with more sambal goreng or sambal ikan bilis on the side.
