- Than keep for 2 hrs than roll the dough and make small balls and make samosa Patti and on Tawa heat the sides of samosa Patti and keep aside
- Prepare samosa filling now take a kaddi place on the stove put oil and than put kheema in it and fry than and the green chillies and onion saute for 2 minutes and off the stove and keep aside to cool down
- Now take the Patti prepared and fill the samosa with the kheema filling and roll into samosa shape and fry and serve it hot.
