- Make ready 1/3 cup All-purpose flour

Drain on a kitchen paper and keep aside. Add chili flakes and sesame seeds and saute for another minute to toast them. - Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan,add chopped 8 to 10 garlic,add onion and capsicum bulbs,salt as per your taste,chilli sauce 2 tbsp,soya sauce 2 tbsp,sezwan chutney 2 tbsp,tomato sauce 2 tbsp..mix all the sauces well with onion and capaicum add spring onion..toss the fried potatoes and mix well with sauces till all ingredients are combined..
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced cut cabbage..
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
