  1. METHOD FOR CRISPY PANEER STICKS ~ Cut the Paneer into long thick strips. Thickness of the paneer : 1.5cm Lenght of the Paneer : 2½"- 3"inches.
  2. In a bowl, take Maida (flour), Cornflour, Ginger garlic paste, 2 tbspn Tomato Ketchup, pepper powder, salt to taste. Add around 15ml to 20ml of water & stir well to achieve a batter like consistency. (Similar to the batter used to make pakodas) The batter should not be too thick not too runny. It should be right consistency to coat the paneer.
  3. Dip the paneer sticks into the batter one by one and coat the paneer nicely. Remove & roll them immediately into a bed of breadcrumbs. Keep it aside.
  4. METHOD FOR SWEET Chilli GARLIC SAUCE ~ In a pan heat 2 tbspn oil. Put in finely chopped garlic. Saute for a bit and put pepper powder. Now add 4tbspn tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce & soya sauce. Saute well.
  5. Add 15ml - 20ml water & mix well. Let this simmer for about a minute or till the sauce gets thick. Now add freshly chopped Mint leaves. Mix it well. Remove from heat & cool it !(Keep it aside)
  6. METHOD TO FRY THE PANEER STICKS ~ Now in a pan / kadai heat oil. Once the oil is medium hot, slide in the paneer two or three at a time & fry them at medium heat, till it gets a beautiful crisp brown colour.
  7. Remove from heat and serve with Sweet Chilli Garlic Sauce!
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
