- Cut banana in small long slices. Boil in turmeric water, Mix salt. Leave for 5 to 8 min. Don't cook more than 60%. Take boiled banana out and wash with cold water and then Keep aside.
- Mix corn flour, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and curry leaves into boiled banana. Keep aside for 5 to 10min. Take small deep frying kadai/pan to observe less oil. Fry till golden brown crispy color in medium to high falme
- Take one pan, add half table spoon oil in the pan. After 2min. Add green chillies and small pieces of garlic then add onion (cut onions in medium squared slices). Stir everything for 1min then mix capsicum and carrots. Saute all fix vegetables for 3 to 4 min. Then mix all sauces and add 1/2 teaspoon corn flour mixed with 3t tabled spoon water. Cook for 5min then add fried banana.
- Stir well everything for 3 to 5 minutes then add black pepper and spring onions. Serve in plate
