  12. Prepare Ground black pepper
  13. Make ready Cayenne pepper

Season the beef and sausage with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and place it on a plate. Beer Chili - My family's favorite chili recipe is loaded with hearty ingredients, deep flavor, and a little spice! This impressive stovetop chili takes less than an hour, but tastes as though it's been cooking all day.

Instructions to make Beer Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef/beef stew meat in a large pot and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder
  2. While browning meat: in another pan heat olive oil (about 2 teaspoons) and add diced green pepper and diced onion. Cook until translucent and then add garlic, cook another 2 minutes. Add to ground beef/beef stew meat pot.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat to a simmer or transfer to a crockpot.
  4. The longer it cooks the better it is!!!
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onions. Or whatever is your favorite. ENJOY!!!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
