  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onions. Or whatever is your favorite. ENJOY!!!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Easily adjust this Beef and Beer Chili for the slow cooker. Brown the beef with the onions, green chiles, and garlic as usual. Add beef mixture and remaining ingredients except pinto beans to the slow cooker. Add the beef stock, bay leaf and beer to the dutch oven, stirring well to mix all the ingredients. Bring the chili to a boil.
