Chilli Soya Chunks Prepared In Just Few Minutes. Meanwhile, drain the water from the soya chunks and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks. When the onions turn pink, add the red chilli powder, salt and soya sauce. Now add the soya chunks and mix well.
Steps to make Soya chilli:
- Firstly soak some soya chunks in water for half an hour
- Put 2 table spoon vegetable oil in the pan and cook it for 1 minute.
- Put jeera in it and roast it.
- Put chopped onion in this and fry it until it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Put chopped tomato in it and fry it.add salt,redd chilli powder,haldi and 1 spoon vinegar in it in it and fry it for few minutes.
- Add soaked soya chunks in it and fry it for few minutes.
- Serve in it plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
