An authentic Louisiana recipe with a rich and spicy fresh tomato based roux with fresh garlic, bell peppers, celery and onions mixed with crawfish and shrimp.   3. Add ground pork and sirloin, break up meat while stirring. Once cooked add beer, and stir again.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, paste, 1 tbsp butter and stir. Add water and simmer for an hour.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Serve over steamed rice with hushpuppies and/or crackers on the side.
