Add pork skin to oven on lower shelf under pork belly. Which is a shame Secondly I felt that the sticky sweet chilli sauce was a fabulous idea, but I found it a little TOO sweet and not nearly hot enough for my liking.   9. Add all the ingredients to an oven dish and cook on 180C for 35 minutes then take it out the oven stir it around and add it back for a further 35-45 minutes
  10. Turn them all over and add back to the oven
  11. Cooked
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Again, remove the pork from the heat and place on to clean kitchen roll. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps of spice. Take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Brush the skin with some vinegar, but avoid getting the skin too wet. Tightly wrap the pork belly in tinfoil leaving the skin uncovered.
