- In another kadhai heat little oil, saute crushed garlic, onion slices and capsicum.
- Now add sauces and spices in above mentioned kadhai. We can also add remaining batter of corn four.
- Now mix all the ingredients and transfer potato fries. Mix them properly so that all fries are well coated with sauces and vegetables.
- Hot chilli potatoes are ready to relish.
