  3. Drain them to a tissue paper to absorb excess moisture.
  4. Put them in a bowl.Add corn flour,red chilli powder and salt to it.Mix them to coat evenly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.Fry them until golden and crisp.Remove them to a tissue paper.
  6. In a pan heat oil.Put chopped garlic,red chillies and green chillies.Saute in a high flame.
  7. Add onion and capsicum to it.Saute them until translusent still crispy.
  8. Dissolve red chilli sauce and soya sauce in water.Mix them and add them to the mixture. Saute till then sauce thickens.Add potatoes to it and mix well.
  9. Turn off the flame and serve hot with parathas.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
