In a big mixing bowl add rava, rice flour, all purpose flour and water. Once garlic is pink add cumin seed, coriander seeds, tamarind and roast for a few minutes.

Instructions to make Suji Chilli Garlic Dosa:
  1. Firstly in large bowl soak suji 2 minutes,drain of the water, now transfer suji into mixi, also add chillies and garlic and grind into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl add salt and baking soda and mix well
  3. Heat a pan pour batter from a Height so it form thin dosa
  4. Drizzle oil around the sides,let it cook on low heat till golden crisp.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

In a big mixing bowl add rava, rice flour, all purpose flour and water. Once garlic is pink add cumin seed, coriander seeds, tamarind and roast for a few minutes. Next add salt, asafoetida and mix well. Now spread ½ cup of batter on griddle or tava, make sure it should be spread tilt all sides of tawa with thin round layer, and then pour few drop of oil on sides of dosa. Serve hot Rava Dosa with chutney.
