To make sauce, heat oil in a wok or deep pan on a medium to high heat. Now add onion, garlic, and spring onion (reserving some for garnish) and cook until soft.

  1. Make the thick paste of cornflour and water add colour into it.
  2. Now add potato wedges and deep fried them.
  3. Now take a wok. Take 1 tbsp oil.Add onion and capsicum.saute for 2 minutes.Now add soya sauce,ketchup,red chilli sauce and 1 tsp vinegar into it.Add salt and fried potato wedges into.Cook for 2 minutes.Now chilli potato is ready and seasoning with some sesame seeds.

To make sauce, heat oil in a wok or deep pan on a medium to high heat. Now add onion, garlic, and spring onion (reserving some for garnish) and cook until soft.
