  3. Stir in the chili powder, dried mustard, crushed red pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, pinto beans and black beans and about 1½ cups of water, beef soup base and worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low for at least 1 hr. Take off heat and let sit for 30 minutes with the lid on so the seasonings can render together. Or put in crockpot on low for at least 4 hrs. Add additional water as needed for desired consistency.
  5. Serve with toppings of your choice.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
