The ingredients needed to make Gizveg chilli sauce:
  1. Take 1 kg Chicken (or turkey) Gizzards
  2. Take 3 green peppers
  3. Get 3 Red bell peppers
  4. Make ready 2 big Red chilli peppers

  6. Take 5 Spring onion(count by strips not stalks)
  7. Make ready 10 green beans
  8. Take 1 handful green peas
  9. Make ready 4 medium sized carrots

  12. Take 1 small sized ginger(or 1/2 tsp)
  13. Take 2 tablespoons corn flour (or corn starch)

  16. Take Salt and seasoning (to taste)

  3. Quickly wash and chop up the vegetables and peppers in large chunks (this is to ensure they don't tender easily and its colorful too.
  4. Don't chop the remaining onion, chilli pepper and habernero pepper. Wash and toss them into your blender and coarsely blend(that is don't allow it to blend to a smooth paste)
  5. Your Gizzards should be done by now; add in the blended peppers and onion, then water to the level of the Gizzards in the pot.  Before it starts boiling add in the flour and stir to mix(it should mix finely because the stock is warm)  Cover your pot and allow to boil
  6. Add in the vegetable oil, then the chopped peppers and vegetables(green peas and all) in no particular order. Stir gently and taste for salt
  7. Add some salt and seasoning if needed, and allow to simmer for about 1 minute and it's ready for serving  Serve with either pasta, rice etc of your choice

  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
