Add second can of beans and all remaining ingredients to slow cooker; stir to combine. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken. Add the beans, green chiles, garlic and chicken broth to the slow cooker and stir it all around. Remove the chicken to a medium bowl and shred with two forks.
Steps to make White chili:
- saute onions until softened, add butter. When butter melts, add beans, milk, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, ground thyme (season to your taste). Let come up to a boil over medium heat.
- once boiling, reduce heat to low and add, cream of golden mushroom soup, stir.then add water and chicken broth.
- in another pan cook ground meat and season with chili seasoning and onion powder, when browned add to chili bean mixture. Add diced tomato, turn up heat to medium let boil and reduce heat again to low, simmering for 30 Minutes or longer.
- you can add other spices or ingredients as you wish, cook in crockpot, top with green onions or cheese, just make it your own!!
