Season with Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, jalapenos, and red pepper flakes, if using. Turn off heat, and let cool, then refrigerate for two days. Add onions and garlic with chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika, and cook together into a paste (add a splash of water if it starts to look really dry). Add tomatoes, beer, molasses, hot sauce, and meat.

- Melt the butter over low heat in a 7 ounce Dutch Oven. Add onions and slowly cook until translucent
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Brown the meat in a seperate pan. After brown, set aside and cook the Chorizo. When chorizo is browned, add all the meat to the Dutch Oven
- Add remaining ingredients
- The longer the better! Cook for a minimum of 4-6 Hours. ENJOY!
