Loved the spice of the jerk & sweet chilli, would be perfect with an alcoholic beverage. Hannah does not eat pork cracklings but she tried and loved the original and the crunch. She said there were perfect balance between the salt and spice. Place a casserole dish over a medium heat. Pour in one tablespoon of vegetable oil, and stir in the minced beef, cook until browned.
