- Take 10 small corn tortillas, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- Get 2 Tbsp. Olive oil

- Take 1 tsp. Chili powder

- Add lime juice and garnish with cilantro and hot sauce if desired. Top with crispy tortilla strips.
